Las Américas Airport in Santo Domingo is about a 2.5 hour transfer to Las Terrenas. There is also El Catey Airport, It's 25 minutes away from Las Terrenas.

You can get from Santo Domingo to Las Terrenas by Bus, it will cost around 10$USD per person. If are coming from another town we can give more details.
